Privacy Policy — DH Sprints

This Privacy Policy explains how the "DH Sprints" mobile application ("the App", "we", "us"), published by Digital Harbor, handles information when you use it. DH Sprints is an enterprise productivity client that connects to your organization's Odoo server to manage projects, tasks, timesheets and related work. Please read this policy together with the privacy policy of your own organization, which controls the business data you access through the App.
1. Who we are
The App is developed and published by Digital Harbor. The App is a client for Odoo. The actual project and task data you view and edit lives on your organization's own Odoo server. Your organization is the controller of that business data; Digital Harbor provides the software that lets you access it and acts only as a processor for the limited technical data described below.
2. Information the App handles
2.1 Account and authentication data
You sign in with the credentials issued by your organization for its Odoo server. Your login and session token are stored securely on your device using the platform's encrypted storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain via flutter_secure_storage). Digital Harbor does not receive, store, or transmit your password to its own servers.
2.2 Business content
When you use the App it displays and lets you edit content from your Odoo server — for example projects, tasks, subtasks, stages, comments, timesheets, attachments, notifications, and your profile name and avatar. This content is sent to and received from your organization's Odoo server over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. A copy may be cached locally on your device so the App works offline; this local cache is removed when you sign out or uninstall the App.
2.3 Crash and diagnostic data
To keep the App stable we may use Sentry (provided by Functional Software, Inc.) to collect crash reports and performance diagnostics. These reports contain technical information such as device model, operating-system version, App version, error messages and stack traces, and performance traces. The App is configured not to attach personal identifiers (such as your name, email address, or IP address) to these reports. Crash reporting is only active in builds that include a Sentry key.
2.4 Biometric app lock
You may optionally enable a biometric lock (fingerprint / face) to protect the App. Authentication is performed entirely by your device's operating system. The App never accesses, receives, or stores your biometric data — it only receives a success/failure result from the OS.
2.5 Files and images
If you add an attachment or change your avatar, you may select a file or image from your device. Selected files are uploaded only to your organization's Odoo server, and only when you choose to upload them. The App does not scan or collect other files on your device.
3. Device permissions
The App requests only the permissions it needs: Internet access (to reach your Odoo server and, if enabled, send crash reports), Network state (to show an offline/sync banner), and Biometric (only if you enable the app lock). The App does not request access to your contacts, location, camera roll (beyond files you explicitly pick), microphone, or SMS.
4. How we use information
Information is used only to: (a) authenticate you and keep you signed in; (b) display and synchronize your work with your Odoo server; (c) enable offline access through a local cache; and (d) diagnose crashes and improve reliability. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles.
5. Sharing and third parties
We do not share your business content with any third party. The only external service the App may transmit data to, besides your own Odoo server, is Sentry, which processes crash and diagnostic data on our behalf to help us fix problems. Google Play services may process standard installation and delivery information under Google's own policies. Your Odoo server is operated by, or on behalf of, your organization under its own agreements.
6. Data retention
Business content is retained on your Odoo server according to your organization's policies; the App itself does not control that retention. The App's local cache and stored session are kept on your device until you sign out or uninstall the App, or clear the App's data. Crash and diagnostic reports are retained by Sentry for a limited period in line with its retention settings.
7. Security
We protect information with industry-standard measures: encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections to your Odoo server, encrypted on-device storage for your session, and the optional biometric app lock. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.
8. Your rights and choices
Because your business data is held on your organization's Odoo server, requests to access, correct, export, or delete that data are handled by your organization's Odoo administrator. You can also sign out at any time to clear the local cache and stored session on your device, disable the biometric lock in the App settings, and uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data. For questions about the App itself or this policy, contact us using the details in Section 11.
9. Children
DH Sprints is an enterprise tool intended for use by employees and authorized users of organizations that use Odoo. It is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under the age of 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.

توضّح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية تعامل تطبيق «DH Sprints» («التطبيق»، «نحن») الصادر عن Digital Harbor مع المعلومات عند استخدامك له. التطبيق أداة إنتاجية للمؤسسات تتصل بخادم Odoo الخاص بمؤسستك لإدارة المشاريع والمهام وسجلات الوقت والأعمال المرتبطة بها. يُرجى قراءة هذه السياسة مع سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بمؤسستك، فهي المتحكّمة في بيانات العمل التي تطّلع عليها عبر التطبيق.
١. من نحن
تم تطوير التطبيق ونشره بواسطة Digital Harbor. التطبيق عبارة عن واجهة عميل لـ Odoo، وبيانات المشاريع والمهام الفعلية التي تعرضها وتحرّرها موجودة على خادم Odoo الخاص بمؤسستك. مؤسستك هي المتحكّمة في بيانات العمل هذه، بينما توفّر Digital Harbor البرنامج الذي يتيح لك الوصول إليها وتعمل فقط كمعالِج للبيانات التقنية المحدودة الموضّحة أدناه.
٢. المعلومات التي يتعامل معها التطبيق
٢.١ بيانات الحساب والمصادقة
تسجّل الدخول باستخدام بيانات الاعتماد التي تصدرها مؤسستك لخادم Odoo الخاص بها. يتم تخزين رمز جلستك وبيانات الدخول بشكل آمن على جهازك عبر التخزين المشفّر للنظام (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain). لا تتلقى Digital Harbor كلمة مرورك ولا تخزّنها ولا ترسلها إلى خوادمها.
٢.٢ محتوى العمل
يعرض التطبيق ويتيح لك تحرير محتوى من خادم Odoo مثل المشاريع والمهام والمهام الفرعية والمراحل والتعليقات وسجلات الوقت والمرفقات والإشعارات واسمك وصورتك الرمزية. يُرسَل هذا المحتوى ويُستقبل من خادم مؤسستك عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وقد تُحفَظ نسخة محليًا على جهازك ليعمل التطبيق دون اتصال، وتُحذف هذه النسخة عند تسجيل الخروج أو إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق.
٢.٣ بيانات الأعطال والتشخيص
للحفاظ على استقرار التطبيق قد نستخدم خدمة Sentry لجمع تقارير الأعطال وبيانات الأداء. تحتوي هذه التقارير على معلومات تقنية مثل طراز الجهاز وإصدار نظام التشغيل وإصدار التطبيق ورسائل الخطأ وتتبّع الأخطاء. تم ضبط التطبيق كي لا يُرفق أي مُعرّفات شخصية (مثل الاسم أو البريد الإلكتروني أو عنوان IP) بهذه التقارير، وتقارير الأعطال تعمل فقط في النسخ التي تتضمن مفتاح Sentry.
٢.٤ قفل التطبيق بالبصمة
يمكنك اختياريًا تفعيل قفل بيومتري (بصمة الإصبع / الوجه) لحماية التطبيق. تتم المصادقة بالكامل بواسطة نظام تشغيل جهازك، ولا يصل التطبيق إلى بياناتك البيومترية ولا يخزّنها إطلاقًا، بل يتلقّى فقط نتيجة نجاح أو فشل من النظام.
٢.٥ الملفات والصور
عند إضافة مرفق أو تغيير صورتك الرمزية قد تختار ملفًا أو صورة من جهازك. تُرفع الملفات المختارة فقط إلى خادم Odoo الخاص بمؤسستك وعند اختيارك ذلك فقط، ولا يفحص التطبيق أو يجمع باقي ملفات جهازك.
٣. أذونات الجهاز
يطلب التطبيق فقط الأذونات التي يحتاجها: الوصول إلى الإنترنت (للاتصال بخادم Odoo وإرسال تقارير الأعطال عند التفعيل)، وحالة الشبكة (لعرض شريط عدم الاتصال/المزامنة)، والبصمة (فقط إذا فعّلت قفل التطبيق). لا يطلب التطبيق الوصول إلى جهات الاتصال أو الموقع أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو الرسائل.
٤. كيف نستخدم المعلومات
تُستخدم المعلومات فقط من أجل: (أ) مصادقتك وإبقائك مسجّلًا للدخول؛ (ب) عرض عملك ومزامنته مع خادم Odoo؛ (ج) إتاحة العمل دون اتصال عبر ذاكرة تخزين محلية؛ (د) تشخيص الأعطال وتحسين الموثوقية. لا نستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات، ولا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية أو نؤجّرها، ولا نبني ملفات إعلانية.
٥. المشاركة والأطراف الخارجية
لا نشارك محتوى عملك مع أي طرف خارجي. الخدمة الخارجية الوحيدة التي قد يرسل إليها التطبيق بيانات — بخلاف خادم Odoo الخاص بك — هي Sentry التي تعالج بيانات الأعطال والتشخيص نيابةً عنّا لمساعدتنا في إصلاح المشكلات. وقد تعالج خدمات Google Play معلومات التثبيت والتوصيل القياسية وفق سياسات Google. أما خادم Odoo فتُشغّله مؤسستك أو من ينوب عنها وفق اتفاقياتها الخاصة.
٦. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
يُحتفظ بمحتوى العمل على خادم Odoo وفق سياسات مؤسستك، ولا يتحكم التطبيق في مدة الاحتفاظ هذه. أما الذاكرة المحلية والجلسة المخزّنة فتبقى على جهازك حتى تسجّل الخروج أو تلغي تثبيت التطبيق أو تمسح بياناته. وتُحتفظ تقارير الأعطال والتشخيص لدى Sentry لفترة محدودة وفق إعدادات الاحتفاظ لديها.
٧. الأمان
نحمي المعلومات بإجراءات وفق معايير الصناعة: اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS/TLS) بخادم Odoo، وتخزين مشفّر لجلستك على الجهاز، وقفل بيومتري اختياري. لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة تمامًا، لكننا نعمل على حماية معلوماتك باستخدام ضمانات معقولة.
٨. حقوقك وخياراتك
لأن بيانات عملك محفوظة على خادم Odoo الخاص بمؤسستك، فإن طلبات الوصول إليها أو تصحيحها أو تصديرها أو حذفها يتولّاها مسؤول Odoo في مؤسستك. يمكنك أيضًا تسجيل الخروج في أي وقت لمسح الذاكرة المحلية والجلسة المخزّنة على جهازك، وتعطيل القفل البيومتري من إعدادات التطبيق، وإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق لإزالة جميع البيانات المخزّنة محليًا. للاستفسارات المتعلقة بالتطبيق أو هذه السياسة تواصل معنا عبر البيانات في القسم ١١.
٩. الأطفال
DH Sprints أداة مؤسسية مخصّصة لموظفي المؤسسات التي تستخدم Odoo والمستخدمين المصرّح لهم. وهو غير موجّه للأطفال وغير مخصّص لمن هم دون سن ١٦ عامًا.
١٠. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. وعند القيام بذلك سنراجع تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه وسنقدّم إشعارًا إضافيًا عند الاقتضاء. واستمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني قبولك للسياسة المعدّلة.
