١. نظرة عامة
تطبيق Rack Design يتيح لك عرض تصميم مركز البيانات الخاص بك بالواقع المعزز. تفتح التصميم في RD، وتختار «المعاينة بالواقع المعزز»، ثم تمسح رمز QR بالتطبيق، فيُنزَّل الموديل ثلاثي الأبعاد ويظهر أمامك على الأرض.
التطبيق لا يطلب إنشاء حساب ولا تسجيل دخول، ولا يعرض إعلانات، ولا يبيع أو يشارك أي بيانات لأغراض تسويقية.
٢. الكاميرا
يطلب التطبيق إذن الكاميرا لسببين فقط: قراءة رمز QR، وتشغيل جلسة الواقع المعزز التي تعرض الموديل على الأرض.
• تُعالَج صور الكاميرا داخل جهازك فقط، ولا تُرسل إلى أي خادم.
• لا يتم حفظ أي صورة أو مقطع فيديو، لا داخل التطبيق ولا في معرض الصور.
• يمكنك سحب الإذن في أي وقت من إعدادات الجهاز؛ عندها يمكنك لصق الرابط يدويًا بدل المسح، لكن عرض الواقع المعزز لن يعمل.
٣. البيانات التي يتم جمعها
لا يجمع التطبيق اسمك أو بريدك أو رقم هاتفك أو موقعك أو جهات اتصالك أو ملفاتك. النوع الوحيد الذي يُجمع هو تقارير الأعطال والأداء:
• وصف الخطأ ومسار تتبّعه (stack trace) عند حدوث عطل أو فشل غير متوقع.
• معلومات تقنية عن الجهاز: طرازه، إصدار نظام التشغيل، ونسخة التطبيق.
• عيّنة محدودة من قياسات الأداء لتحديد البطء في الشاشات.
هذه التقارير تُرسل إلى خدمة Sentry التي تعمل كمعالج بيانات نيابة عنّا. خيار إرسال البيانات الشخصية (sendDefaultPii) معطّل في التطبيق، ولذلك لا يُرفق عنوان IP ولا أي معرّف يخص المستخدم مع التقرير.
الغرض من جمعها هو إصلاح الأعطال وتحسين استقرار التطبيق، ولا تُستخدم في الإعلانات أو التتبّع.
٤. الاتصالات الشبكية
يتصل التطبيق بجهتين فقط، وكلاهما عبر HTTPS مشفّر. الاتصال غير المشفّر محجوب في نسخة الإصدار:
• خوادم RD (rackdesign.ai): لجلب بيانات الموديل وتنزيل ملفه ثلاثي الأبعاد الذي طلبته أنت بمسح الرمز.
• خدمة Sentry: لإرسال تقارير الأعطال الموضّحة أعلاه.
٥. ما يُحفظ على جهازك
• تفضيلاتك للغة والمظهر (فاتح أو داكن)، وتبقى على الجهاز فقط.
• نسخة من الموديل ثلاثي الأبعاد الذي نزّلته، لتسريع عرضه مرة أخرى.
كل هذا يُحذف نهائيًا عند إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق. كما أن النسخ الاحتياطي التلقائي معطّل، فلا تُنقل هذه الملفات إلى حساب سحابي أو إلى جهاز آخر.
٦. مدة الاحتفاظ
تقارير الأعطال تُحفظ لدى Sentry لفترة محدودة وفق إعدادات مشروعنا (٩٠ يومًا افتراضيًا) ثم تُحذف تلقائيًا. البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك تبقى تحت سيطرتك وحدك.
٧. حقوقك
يمكنك حذف كل ما يخزّنه التطبيق بإلغاء تثبيته. ولأن تقارير الأعطال لا تحتوي على معرّف يربطها بشخص معيّن، فلا يمكن استخراج تقرير فرد بعينه؛ ومع ذلك، إذا كان لديك أي طلب أو استفسار بخصوص بياناتك يمكنك مراسلتنا وسنستجيب في أقرب وقت.
٨. الأطفال
التطبيق أداة هندسية موجّهة للاستخدام المهني، وغير مخصص للأطفال، ولا يجمع بيانات منهم عن قصد.
٩. التعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند إضافة ميزات جديدة. سيتغيّر تاريخ السريان أعلى الصفحة عند كل تحديث، وستبقى النسخة الحالية منشورة على موقعنا.

1. Overview
Rack Design lets you view your datacenter design in augmented reality. You open the design in RD, choose Preview in AR, and scan the QR code with the app; the 3D model is downloaded and placed on the floor in front of you.
The app has no account and no sign-in, shows no advertising, and does not sell or share any data for marketing purposes.
2. Camera
The app asks for camera access for two reasons only: reading the QR code, and running the AR session that places the model on the floor.
• Camera frames are processed entirely on your device and are never sent to any server.
• No photo or video is saved, neither inside the app nor to your gallery.
• You can revoke the permission at any time in system settings. You can then still paste a link manually, but AR viewing will not work.
3. Data we collect
The app does not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts or files. The only category collected is crash and performance diagnostics:
• The error and its stack trace when a crash or an unexpected failure happens.
• Technical device information: model, operating system version, and app version.
• A limited sample of performance measurements, to find slow screens.
These reports are sent to Sentry, which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Personal data reporting (sendDefaultPii) is disabled in the app, so no IP address and no user identifier is attached to a report.
The purpose is fixing failures and improving stability. This data is not used for advertising or tracking.
4. Network connections
The app connects to two destinations only, both over encrypted HTTPS. Cleartext traffic is blocked in the release build:
• RD servers (rackdesign.ai): to fetch the model details and download the 3D file you asked for by scanning the code.
• Sentry: to deliver the crash reports described above.
5. What is stored on your device
• Your language and appearance (light or dark) preferences, kept on the device only.
• A copy of the 3D model you downloaded, so it opens faster next time.
All of it is removed when you uninstall the app. Automatic backup is also disabled, so these files are never copied to a cloud account or transferred to another device.
6. Retention
Crash reports are kept by Sentry for a limited period set in our project configuration (90 days by default) and are then deleted automatically. Data stored on your device stays under your control alone.
7. Your rights
You can delete everything the app stores by uninstalling it. Because crash reports carry no identifier tying them to a person, an individual report cannot be singled out; if you have any question or request about your data, please contact us and we will respond promptly.
8. Children
The app is a professional engineering tool. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as features change. The effective date at the top will change with each update, and the current version will remain published on our website.
